PROVO, Utah – Provo Police have arrested a suspect after a man was found dead near 1600 S. State St. Monday.

Officers said 18-year-old Emmanuel DePaz is now facing murder charges in the death of 24-year-old Ammon Brown.
His body was found in a transient camp near the railroad tracks.
According to Provo Police, several pieces of evidence link DePaz to the crime.
Officers said DePaz was seen with Brown and another person of interest at the crime scene.
Police said he was found with a knife and hatchet, the hatchet matching the one taken from the crime scene.
