DRAPER, Utah -- Hundreds came together Sunday night to remember two teens who died Saturday night in a crash in Draper.

Lexie Fenton and Ethan Fraga, both 16, were riding in a car with three other friends—including Lexie’s twin sister Lauren—when the car rolled and caught on fire.

Fenton and Fraga died at the scene. The other three teens were injured, but police said those injuries weren’t life-threatening.

At Draper Park Sunday night, tears flowed and hugs made the rounds in the crowd as somber music filled the air.

“He's just so nice and probably the kindest person you'd ever meet,” said Aubri Rupp, who knew Ethan Fraga and is friends with his cousin.

Lauren and her family were among those who stood, sobbing.

“It's been rough, that's for sure,” said Jada Stephens, Lexie’s cousin.

She said Lexie was on the mountain biking team at Corner Canyon High with her sister, and the girl’s aunt said they had just attended the team’s banquet on Thursday. That’s where their sisterly love really shined.

“She would do anything for her sister,” Jada said. “Even the last mountain bike race that they did, she rode up to Lauren and then didn't pass her. She waited, and they crossed the line together at their last race. She would just do anything for her.”

At the place where both teens died, flowers, candles and cards line the road. Dozens visited the makeshift memorial throughout the day to honor the two.

“He was just the nicest, funniest kid you could know,” said Courtney Call, of her friend and neighbor Ethan. “He could light up a whole room with his smile.”

One of Ethan’s former middle school teachers, Kevin Worthley, also came to pay his respects.

“Of all my former students, he was probably one that came back and visited me the most,” Worthley said, before his emotions suddenly overcame him. “It's actually kind of hitting me right now.”

Canyons School District said they’ll have grief counselors on hand Monday as students return to Corner Canyon High, where Lexie and Ethan attended.

Students at all the area high schools plan to wear navy blue to honor both teens.
