WEBER COUNTY, Utah — Duck hunters have discovered the body of a 40-year-old man who was missing since October 28th.

According to a news release from the Weber County Sheriff’s Office, John Michael Foulke, 40, was last seen parking his car in the Ogden High School parking lot.

Foulke’s body was found Monday morning around 11:30 in the marshes of the Great Salt Lake, “approximately halfway between Little Mountain and Fremont Island on west 12th street,” the news release said.

Folke’s cause of death is unknown, but the sheriff’s office noted that he was not dressed properly for the weather. Foul play is not suspected.

It is unknown why Foulke may have been in the area, and the sheriff’s office has asked anyone who may have seen him walking on or near the area of 12th West to call them at 801-778-6631.

Foulke was found wearing a dark, long sleeve collared shirt, blue jeans and brown shoes.
