UTAH — Former Miss Utah USA, Temple Taggart McDowell, is now speaking out about the time she says Donald Trump kissed her on the lips without consent.

Taggart McDowell told NBC news she first met Trump during a rehearsal for the 1997 Miss USA Pageant.

“It was at that time where he turned to me and embraced me and gave me a kiss on the lips,” she said.

The former pageant queen said she remembers being shocked thinking someone would normally just shake a hand.

The next encounter Taggart McDowell had with Trump, she said the same thing happened; another embrace with another kiss on the lips.

“I have a daughter now and it’s really hard because you think of sending your little daughter out there with men like that, that think like that,” she said in tears when discussing the leaked tape of Trump’s crude sexual comments regarding women.

Taggart McDowell originally made the allegations in a New York Times article in May 2016.

The former Miss Utah said she doesn’t plan to vote for either candidate.
