I am so glad to have spent some time with my cousin Peter and his daughters, my nieces Twyla and Tariah, when they came to Utah for conference.
I have been experimenting with different workouts to find what is best for me. I now have the workout that is perfect for me. Monday, Wednesday and Friday is cardio only while Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday is 5X5 Stronglifts and Cize it Up or Turbo Jam. Then I rest on Sunday.
I was able to conquer one of my fears, the fear of falling, this week by trying out Fear Factory’s “Fear Fall Free Fall”. It is about as high as the 10 meter diving platform, and you are harnessed to a cable and have to step off the edge.
