Washington City police looking for missing woman

WASHINGTON CITY, Utah — Police in Washington City are looking for a 19-year-old woman who was reported missing Friday.

Jessica Ashlee Barlow was last seen on Wednesday, September 28 when she left a residence. According to a news release from the police department, Barlow told family members she was going out with friends.

Barlow was described as 5 feet 11 inches tall, approximately 119 pound, with long black hair and blue eyes. Police said Barlow may have changed her hair color to red. It is unknown what she might be wearing as she left with various articles of clothing.

According to the news release, Barlow may be traveling with one or more males from out of state. Police said Barlow may be riding in a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with a Nebraska license plate SHU031. Both Barlow and the Elantra have been listed with the nationwide criminal identification system as police attempt to locate her.

Washington City police ask anyone with information on Barlow’s whereabouts to call the 24-hour dispatch line at 435-634-5730 or the detective division at 435-986-1515.
