'Overcoming 4 Fears That Hold Women Entrepreneurs Back'

Fears are common in everyone who has ever wanted to start a business or get their business moving. By letting these fears override your determination, hope and opportunity may be extinguished. Any woman can break through these fears to create new opportunities and make things happen. Here are four fears that hold women entrepreneurs back and how to overcome them:

1- The Unknown: Fear of not knowing how to start a business or grow it can cripple your actions. Simply learning and educating yourself will help to overcome this fear. Look things up online, ask questions, take a class and go to work at figuring it out. You are never going to know everything, so learn as you go!
2- Risk: Staring or growing a business always comes with risks, such as investing time, money, loss of potential income. Consider the worst case scenario and see if you can handle that. All great businesses starting with someone putting something on the line. If you have a great idea, go for it!
3- Inadequacy: Many women need to be reassured that they can start or grow a business. Push through the fear and educate yourself on your product, market and strategy so you can solve issues. Continue to learn for continued growth. Become the expert and others will look to you for help.
4- Failure: The fear that your business will fail is pretty common. Many successful business owners failed a few times before they found exponential success. All experiences can teach you something, and failure is really an opportunity to learn even more how to do it right. Don`t let the fear of failure keep you from trying.
