World champion dutch oven cookers, Bill and Toni Thayn,  show Brooke how to make pumpkin pull apart bread fresh out of a dutch oven.

Pumpkin Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread
1/2 c pumpkin
1 egg
1/4 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 can Grands biscuits
Cinnamon sugar, to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cast iron loaf pan with cooking spray. Set aside. Stir together pumpkin, egg, sugar, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. Set aside. Pour cinnamon sugar onto a plate or into a bowl. Open biscuits and pull or cut each one in half for a total of 16 biscuits. Dip each biscuit half into cinnamon sugar and set aside.
Place one biscuit half flat on a cutting board. Top with pumpkin mixture. Top with another biscuit. Continue filling and stacking. Carefully place in loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until golden. Let cool slightly and top with glaze.

Glaze: 1/2 c powdered sugar mixed with 2-3 TBL water or milk. Stir well.
