SALT LAKE CITY – Authorities are searching for a vehicle connected to a fatal motorcycle accident in downtown Salt Lake City, Tuesday afternoon.
At about 4:30 p.m., officers responded to 200 South and 300 West on a report of a motorcycle crash. When they arrived on scene they found a motorcyclist injured. He was taken to an area hospital where he later died.
Authorities are now looking for a vehicle described as a black 1996 Toyota Corolla that they believe was involved in the accident.
According to a tweet from Salt Lake City police, the car has a Utah license plate of W013JC with possible damage to the passenger side.
