FARMINGTON, Utah - A man accused of kidnapping and murder has accepted a plea deal.
DJ Harrison agreed to plead guilty to five counts of kidnapping Monday morning.
He waived his right to extradition and will go to Wyoming to face murder charges after he is sentenced in Utah.
He and his father, Flint Harrison, are accused of beating and attempting to tie up a Centerville mother and her four daughters back on May 10.
The women escaped and the Harrisons ran to Wyoming, according to charging documents.
The Harrisons are also accused of kidnapping UTA worker Kay Ricks, driving to Wyoming and then killing Ricks.
While Flint was awaiting trail in jail, he took his own life in July.
Harrison's sentencing is scheduled for Oct. 24.
