OREM, Utah – A two-vehicle collision on University Parkway spilled a vegetable smoothie of sorts onto westbound lanes, Tuesday afternoon.
The road has since reopened.
The video above shows the crash recorded by a motorist behind the truck. The truck was going through the intersection. As the driver in the car made a left hand turn the vehicles collided.

Lt. Craig Martinez said a garbage truck carrying a load of vegetable waste to a cattle farm for feed collided with a car at the intersection of 200 East. The impact of the crash knocked some of the vegetable waste into the roadway.
The couple from the car was treated on scene for minor injuries.
Officials have not said what caused the smooth move or who was at fault.
