See a sky full of hot air balloons at the annual Sandy Hot Air Balloon Festival. The sunrise balloon launches happen both mornings, August 12th and 13th. The first wave launch around 7AM and the second wave around 7:30AM (wind and weather permitting) at Storm Mountain Park.
On Saturday evening, 8-10PM, enjoy the balloon glow starting aroudn 8:30PM at South Towne Promenade in front of Sandy City Hall. There will be food choices available for purchase, as well as entertainment for the evening.
There will also be a photo contest so get you best picture and post using the hashtag #sandyballonfest for a chance to win a couple tickets to the Real Salt Lake game.
