Chicken Hummus Salad

  • 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into cubes or pulled
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup Sabra classic hummus
  • 8-10 large fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes (optional)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

In a large serving bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours for best flavor. Serve alone or on lettuce leaves, pitas, bread, rolls, etc.
