Ned Arnel Mencia, known professionally as Carlos Mencia, a Honduran-born American comedian, writer, and actor stopped by Fox 13's Good Day Utah to give us a few laughs.
His style of comedy is often political and involves issues of race, culture, criminal justice and social class.
Carlos starred in Comedy Central's "Mind of Mencia" and has appeared in television, movies and his current tour is the 'C 4 urself Tour.'
