Eight hospitalized after 3-vehicle crash in West Haven

WEST HAVEN, Utah — Eight patients were taken to hospitals Saturday after three vehicles collided in West Haven.

Weber County Sheriff’s Office states the crash occurred at 1900 West and 2250 South, and they first tweeted about the crash around 4:30 p.m.

The crash closed the road in the area for some time, but it was reopened later Saturday.

The crash involved three vehicles: a Ford F-350, a KIA Sorrento and a Dodge Ram pickup truck.

Three people inside the F-350, an adult male and two children ages 3 and 6, were taken to hospitals to be treated. An adult female in the Sorrento was also taken to a hospital. Four occupants in the Dodge Ram were also transported.

While specific details about each injured person’s condition were not immediately available, all injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation. FOX 13 News will update this story as more details emerge.
