Toddler battling cancer becomes cutest honorary firefighter ever

NEW YORK - This little boy has just become what might be the cutest firefighter ever.

Three-year-old Trucker Dukes is fighting Stage IV neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive disease that attacks the nervous system, and has been for almost two years.

He is originally from Maui, Hawaii, but he and his mother Shauna live in New York while he gets treatment.

The New York Fire Department is now making him an honorary member.

This is one of Truckers main "boyz" in The FDNY Uncle Cisco and "truckers truck" Ladder 13. Shauna said they came home one day to find a crowd of firetrucks outside their building and said Trucker was "over the moon."

Trucker's dad, Joshua, is a firefighter back in Maui, which may have sparked this little guy's love for the job.
