LAYTON, Utah — A Davis County man who pleaded guilty to careless driving charges in connection with the death of teen will pay a fine, spend two days in jail and serve time under house arrest.
Leroy Clark, 32, hit two students near Layton High School in January.
BaiLee DiBernardo, 17, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Eric Baarz, 17, suffered serious injury.
A judge sentenced Clark to serve two days in jail and nearly two months of house arrest. He will also pay a $700 fine.
