Conditioning exercises for elementary age kids in sports

Fitness expertDenise Druce brought along some Utah Junior Grizzlies hockey players to demonstrate good conditioning exercises. The 10 and 11-year-old boys showed their jumping jacks, push-ups, and push and pull warm up. Denise says right now is the time to start thinking about summer sports for you kids. It is always important to warm them up before a game or practice.
