Snow hitting higher elevations, mixing with rain in Salt Lake Valley

Snow is hitting the higher elevations and slowing the morning commute in parts of the Salt Lake Valley.

It isn’t sticking to roads in the lower elevations and is expected to mix with rain through Tuesday.
