Crab Cakes (10.02.15)

(Serves 4)

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz. Crab
  • 3 Large Shrimp (remove tail)
  • 1 oz. Salmon
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ Stick of Butter
  • ¼ of an Onion—Diced
  • ½ Cup Panko Bread Crumbs
  • 1 t Oldbay Seasoning
  • ¼ C Miracle Whip

Topping Ingredients:

  • 1 Lime (peeled)
  • ¼ of an Onion—Diced
  • 1 Fresh Tomato
  • 1 Diced Sorano Pepper
  • 1 T Cream
  • ½ Bottle Capers

Instructions:
Chop up Crab, Shrimp, & Salmon into small pieces
Mix all “Crab Cake Ingredients” together (except butter)
Melt Butter in a Frying Pan
Make into Thin Patties and Cook in Frying Pan (About 1 Minute on each side)

Mix all Topping Ingredients and serve on top of Crab Cakes

Serve Immediately
