SALT LAKE CITY – Are you going to Taylor Swift’s sold-out upcoming show at EnergySolutions Arena or are you planning to try to buy tickets on the street?

Officials are warning concert-goers about fake tickets and said only tickets purchased through authorized outlets guarantee entry Sept. 4.

The arena said the only authorized sales agents for EnergySolutions Arena are the arena box office and website and through Smith’s Tix outlets, online and charge-by-phone.

The only official ticket resale partner for EnergySolutions Arena tickets is Flash Seats where people can now buy, sell or transfer secure tickets.

Arena officials said tickets purchased from any other sources may not be valid.

If you are concerned your tickets might not be valid, officials said you should contact the provider where you purchased them.

Tickets for Swift’s concert in Salt Lake City originally went on sale Dec. 2014.

Officials said consumers should report fraudulent ticket sales to the point of purchase and consumer protection agencies.

Swift’s “The 1989 World Tour” encompasses eight countries and spans four continents including North America, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Most recently, the tour played in San Diego on Aug. 29 and next travels to Denver on Sept. 5-6.
