MIDVALE, Utah - Unified Police officers said they were looking to arrest one suspect and ended up with five in custody overnight.

Officers said they were watching a known safe house near Midvale Elementary School to find Rubel Quintana, who goes by Rebel, a known gang member who was wanted for several aggravated felonies.

At about 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, he and another wanted man, Mark Steven Martinez, also known as Club Head, were seen going into the Midvale house.

Police said Quintana got into a car with Lugardo Ramos and tried to run from police.

Unified officers used a PIT maneuver to stop the car and spiked the tires, ending a short police chase.

Officers arrested both men near 6800 S. and Midvale.

Other authorities were still watching the house and there arrested Tamara Dixon and Anthony Himes without incident after they left in a stolen car.

Police arrested the fifth suspect, Martinez, when they knocked on the house door and he opened it.

He was wanted on narcotics related warrants.

Officers said they found several containers of spice in both cars.
