This local took to the streets of Salt Lake City in a raft during the torrential rains overnight.
Fox 13 viewer Tyler Freeman sent in this video of someone floating down the road near Broadway and 200 E. late Wednesday night.
The water appears deep until cars drive through the water next to the raft.
