SALT LAKE CITY — A man died Tuesday afternoon in a motorcycle crash in the Glendale neighborhood.

The crash occurred around 4:15 at 4446 W 1730 S. Det. Greg Wilking, a public information officer for the Salt Lake City Police Department, said the motorcycle was traveling westbound and a semi-trailer was traveling eastbound just before the crash.

“That truck began to turn into a business out here. The motorcycle impacted the side of that truck,” Wilking said.

Wednesday, police identified the man as 44-year-old Roger Perue.
