MILLCREEK, Utah – Unified Police have arrested a man they said shot and critically injured a 15-year-old in Millcreek Saturday.

Police say four Hispanic men, between 15 and 20 years old, were walking along 300 E. at 4100 S. when one of them turned around and shot at three African American men walking behind them.

Officials arrested 20-year-old Anthony Peneger on homicide charges.

The other suspect is only 15 and is in custody at the juvenile detention center.

Detectives said two more suspects who are between 16 and 20 are still at large.
