BYU students create reality game to get teens more involved in STEM

Undergraduate students at Brigham Young University have developed a game they home will get more teens engaged in science, technology, engineering and math.

The game is called DUST. The premise behind the augmented reality game is every adult in the world has been knocked unconscious by dust from a meteor shower.

Derek Hansen, an associate professor at BYU was in studio to talk about the game.

Hansen was the instigator of a grant that made the project possible.
