Utah Jazz upset Bulls in Chicago

CHICAGO — The Jazz started their 3-game road trip with an impressive 97-77 win over the Bulls in Chicago Wednesday.

Derrick Favors led the way with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Gordon Hayward scored 18 points, and Trey Burke added 17 in the upset win.

Jazz Center Rudy Gobert was a force in the middle. He blocked five shots and helped the Jazz hold the Bulls to a season-low 77 points. Gobert also scored 11 points and grabbed 14 rebounds.

Trevor Booker was the spark off the bench with 15 points and eight rebounds.

Jimmy Butler led the Bulls with 16 points, but the Bulls shot just 33 percent from the field.

The Jazz are now 13-23 heading into Friday’s game at Oklahoma City.
