SALT LAKE CITY - The Robinsons, father James and his adult sons, Alex and Zachary, all pleaded guilty to greatly reduced felony charges Friday.

When it was all said and done, the recommendation was for no prison time for any of them and in the cases of Alex and Zach, they will likely have their records reduced in the future to misdemeanors.

This all stems from a story Fox 13 News first broke back in February.

A reported burglary at Robinson’s Sugar House home led police to the discovery of a pressure cooker used to boil down marijuana into a gooey substance known as Dab or Shatter.

Police also found several pounds of marijuana, several firearms, drug paraphernalia, nearly $30,000 dollars and a small amount of cocaine in James Robinson's bedroom.

With Friday’s plea deal, all three Robinson men avoided trial and the possibility of long prison terms if convicted.

The Robinsons are due back here in court for sentencing Feb. 13.
