FARMINGTON, Utah – Authorities are looking for a 76-year-old Farmington man accused of sunbathing in the nude in his backyard next to a church parking lot.

A judge issued a $5,000 cash only warrant for the arrest of Myron Lee Kipp when he didn’t show up for court this week.

He is facing numerous charges including lewdness and lewdness involving a child.

Court documents show officers were called to Kipp’s home back in March after a witness complained about a man sunbathing in the nude in his backyard which is only surrounded but a chain-link fence.

Police said a group of adults and children in the church parking lot close by saw Kipp who was completely naked.

Records state Kipp told officers, “he was sunbathing and that it was his property and he could do it if he wanted.”

He is expected back in court Dec. 16.
