FOX 13 News is hosting the seventh annual "Hope for the Holidays" telethon for the Humane Society of Utah.
Jamie Usry, director of development with the Humane Society was in studio during GDU weekend edition on Sunday to talk about the telethon.
The telethon will be televised on KSTU-Fox 13 and streaming online at http://fox13now.com/on-air/live-streaming/ from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. More than 60 animals will be showcased.
Donations can be made by calling the phone bank during the event at 855-447-8738 or anytime online at utahhumane.org/hope.
This is the second year FOX 13 has hosted the telethon.
