SALT LAKE CITY – The annual Glendale vs. Rose Park Turkey Bowl held earlier this week raised twelve barrels of food.

Glendale and Rose Park were once considered bitter rival gang neighborhoods, but every year they come together to play a Turkey Bowl for charity. The game features athletes who have played Division 1 or professional football.

But it’s not just about the game; food donations were collected. The twelve barrels will be donated to the Utah Food Bank.

There was also a raffle that raised hundreds of dollars for local charities.
