SALT LAKE CITY -- Police have confirmed that blood found in an abandoned SUV November 3 does belong to one of three men who went missing almost two weeks ago.

Danny Gallegos, Braden Emerson and Levi Collins disappeared sometime during the first part of this month.

The SUV the men were connected to was found the morning of November 3 in the area of 1500 south and Redwood Road, and there was a lot of blood inside the vehicle.

“We are waiting for results from other DNA swabs that we’ve sent to be processed, but at this time, again, it's one man that we have confirmed it is his blood in the vehicle,” said Det. Veronica Montoya of the Salt Lake City Police Department.

Police aren't saying which man the blood belongs to, but they said they have contacted his family.

Police also stated there was a green ATV and a trailer connected with the SUV, and they ask anyone with any information about the men or the vehicles they are connected with to call police.
