GRANT COUNTY, Wash. – Ever wanted to pull over a police officer for his or her traffic violations?
In this video a citizen does just that.
Gavin Seim, a self-proclaimed “constitutional activist,” explained the situation on his website.
Seim said he saw an officer in an unmarked car and flagged him down.
He said he asked for the officers ID stating it is against the law to pull over drivers in an unmarked car.
In the video, the officer appears surprised and even smiles but is ready to go by the end of the interaction.
Seim eventually released the officer and told him to “be safe out there.”
