Police ask for help locating juvenile who ran from hospital

WOODS CROSS, Utah – Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a juvenile who ran away from a hospital in Woods Cross Monday.

According to information from Woods Cross police, 14-year-old Alex Pettis-Teem left Benchmark Behavioral Hospital in Wood Cross Monday and was last seen in Salt Lake City in the area near Sugar House Park.

The teen was last seen wearing dark shorts and a light blue T-shirt with block letters on it. Alex stands 5-feet 8-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds. The teen has light brown hair and blue eyes.

Anyone who sees Alex is asked to call police at 801-298-6000.
