SLC police looking for three suspects in home invasion robbery

SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake City police are looking for three male suspects accused of threatening a woman with weapons and taking two laptops from her residence.

Police said the victim had met the three suspects at a Taco Bell restaurant on 400 S prior to the incident and exchanged phone numbers.

According to Lt. White, SLCPD, the suspects then went to the victim’s residence, near 1000 S 500 E, around 12:15 a.m. Two of them had brass knuckles and one had a handgun.

When the victim answered the door, the suspects entered the home and took her laptop and another laptop belonging to her roommate.

Police gave the following descriptions for the suspects:

Suspect 1: white male, about 6 feet tall, armed with a handgun
Suspect 2: Hispanic male with a mustache, armed with brass knuckles
Suspect 3: Black male with a flat-top afro and wearing a gray hoodie, armed with brass knuckles
