KANE COUNTY, Utah – A corrections officer in Kane County has been arrested and faces charges for alleged sexual offenses involving a juvenile.
A document indicates Tyler C. Fox was booked into jail on September 30.
Sgt. Alan Alldredge of the Kane County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to FOX 13 News that Fox was booked into jail and that the man is a corrections officer with Kane County.
Fox faces the following charges, as indicated in the document: sodomy of a minor, sexual abuse of a minor, enticing a minor using the internet, distribution of pornographic material, and offering harmful material to a minor.
Alldredge said formal charges against the man could be filed sometime later this week. FOX 13 News will have more information as it becomes available.
