TAYLORSVILLE, Utah – Officials said no students were injured after a school bus carrying Taylorsville High students rear-ended a car Friday afternoon.
According to the Granite School District, the bus driver said she had some type of medical issue and hit a car while getting on I-15 northbound at 5300 South.
The bus driver was taken to the hospital for the medical issue.
Officials said she didn’t have any other injuries.
The driver of the car was also taken to the hospital to be checked.
Granite district officials said the students were transferred to another bus and sent home.
