- 1 avocado, peeled, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 8-10 basil leaves, torn
Arrange slices of tomato, avocado and onion slices on a plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and salt. In a mason jar or bottle with a lid, combine the vinegar, honey and oil. Shake well. Drizzle over salad. Sprinkle basil on top. Serve immediately.
