DAVIS COUNTY, Utah – The man convicted of trying to murder his estranged wife is scheduled to be sentenced Wednesday.
Davis County Police said Kristopher Ertmann met the woman at a park in Fruit Heights July 22 last year to talk about the details of their separation.
During the meeting, officers said Ertmann pulled out a sharp object and curt his wife on her neck.
Ertmann is being sentenced for aggravated assault, criminal solicitation and fraud.
