MURRAY, Utah — A pickup truck collided with a TRAX train in Murray Wednesday night, causing delays in the Utah Transit Authority’s light rail line.
It happened shortly after 7 at UTA’s Fashion Place Station, 6395 S 300 W.
“Minor delays on RED and BLUE Lines, both directions due to disabled train at Fashion Place Station,” UTA reported at 7:38 p.m.
Witnesses told FOX 13 the truck driver appeared to have been blinded by the sun and didn’t see the train.
