Millcreek, Utah — A missing and endangered person out of Millcreek was found Sunday morning.

David Stewart was last seen at Millcreek Care Center, 3580 S. Highland Drive, at 8 p.m. on Saturday. Police were notified that he was missing at 10:43 p.m.

Police say Stewart returned to the care center on his own and was uninjured.

Stewart was considered endangered because he suffers from dementia and uncontrollable diabetes.

The day he went missing, police say, Stewart got a ride to an area hospital. He returned after the hospital arranged transportation to bring him back to the care center.
