- 1 cup sliced ripe banana (about 1 large)
- 1 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes (about 1/4 cup)
- Whipped Topping, for serving
- 2-4 cherries, for serving
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet, and freeze until firm (about 1 hour). Place frozen banana, yogurt, milk, 2 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, vanilla and ice in a blender. Process until smooth. Top with graham cracker crumbs, whipped topping and cherries. Serve immediately.
