WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah — A 6-year-old autistic boy who disappeared in West Valley City has been found safe.
According to a tweet from the West Valley City Police Department, Kip Phillips was found at a neighbor’s home.
“He is safe and fine,” the tweet said.
Police focused their search for the boy in the area of 3900 S 6900 W.
West Valley City residents were notified of the missing boy via an emergency telephone notification system.
