Update: More Salt Lake County restaurants shut down for health violations

UPDATE: The Salt Lake County Health Department has shut down more restaurants for numerous health code violations.

The latest eateries are Itto Sushi and Tacos Guanajuato Cart as of Monday.

UPDATE: Salt Lake County restaurants previously shut down last week have since reopened. 

SALT LAKE CITY - The Salt Lake County Health Department has shut down a few restaurants for numerous violations.

The health department shut down the following restaurants:

- El Rey Del Pollo - List of 52 violations - Update: Permit reinstated
1320 Swaner Rd.
Salt Lake City, UT 84104

- Frigid Frog Shaved Ice - List of violations - Update: Permit reinstated
  1820 W. 9000 S.
West Jordan, UT 84088

- Little World Restaurant - List of 71 violations - Update: Reopened
  1356 S. State Street
Salt Lake City, UT

According to the health department, El Rey Del Pollo had 52 violations.

Frigid Frog Shaved Ice had six violations and Little World Restaurant had 71 health code infractions.
