Automakers are recalling millions of vehicles for an exploding airbag danger.

Officials said the casing around the airbag’s inflator can rupture, which could lead to serious injury.

That National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said Honda, Nissan, Toyota, Mazda, Chrysler, Ford and BMW are involved in the recall.

It comes after an investigation into six reports of airbag explosions in Florida and Puerto Rico.

Authorities suggest contacting your dealership to find out if your vehicle is part of the recall.
