Crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Filling:
- 8 oz. Shepherds Dairy Chevre Goat Cheese, beaten
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 cups fresh berries
Crust: Mix ingredients together and press in a 9”x9” pan or spring foam pan.
Filling: Beat until smooth and pour over crust. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. Top with fresh berries. Optional: fresh whipped cream.
