SALT LAKE CITY -- It is safe to say, in all the world, there are very few people who are unfamiliar with the Beatles, a popular rock and roll band from Liverpool, England in the 1960s.

Therefore, it’s safe to say most, if not all, of those people have seen the work of legendary artist and director Ron Campbell.

Campbell animated the Beatles film “Yellow Submarine” and the Beatles Saturday morning cartoon show.

Five decades later, the Beatles remain a big part of Campbell’s life. Since retiring, Campbell has toured the world exhibiting and selling his art work.

FOX 13's Dave Nemeth purchased one of Campbell’s pieces. He paid $600.
