BONNE TERRE, Missouri — A girl with cancer told the Make-A-Wish Foundation she wanted to ride a unicorn over a rainbow with her sister, and members of her community did their best to make it happen, according to a report from local newspaper the Daily Journal.

Summer Warren, a first-grader at North County Primary in Bonne Terre, Missouri, was diagnosed with widespread, stage 4 cancer, according to a Facebook page set up by some of her family members.

“Our art teachers, Miss Dalton, and volunteers from the community came forth to help to make our gym into a great castle and hopefully make a wish come true for her,” North County Primary principal Emily Bach told the Daily Journal.
