KEARNS, Utah -- Unified Police have cleared the scene in a Kearns neighborhood after a man threatened to blow up his vehicle Wednesday morning.
The incident happened in the area of 5630 S Honey Suckle Way (5370 W).
Due to the police activity, several homes were evacuated and Beehive Elementary was put on a soft lockdown. Classes resumed normally inside the building, but all doors were locked and no one was allowed to leave or enter the school.
As of 11:20, the scene has been cleared.
