UTAH -- The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning and a winter weather advisory, and nearly all of Utah falls under one of the two weather alerts until Sunday.

The winter storm warning applies to about two-thirds of the state. As of 2:28 p.m. Saturday, it is expected to remain in effect through noon Sunday. Accumulations of snow between 1 and 4 inches are predicted. Click here for specific details about the storm warning from the NWS.

The other portion of the state, eastern Utah, is under a winter weather advisory that, as of 2:2:30 Saturday, is expected to remain in effect until 5 a.m. Sunday Snow accumulations between 4 and 8 inches are expected. Click here for specific details about the winter weather advisory.
